You don’t innovate if you spend all your time talking and working with people that agree with you. You learn by confronting hard questions and answering them. Canonical has a culture of tackling hard problems, and that starts with serious, critical introspection. I’m just one piece of that, but I’m hardly alone in believing we can do better.
