Murphy’s Law and Melton’s Query

Murphy’s Law: Anything that can go wrong, will. Also, a column for Maximum PC.

Melton’s Query: This jackass gets paid to write for a magazine, why can’t I?

Right, so the Murphy’s Law headline is “Stop Supporting Open-Source Bloat“, where the author goes on to decry shady tactics of several programs, like:

…NONE OF WHICH ARE OPEN SOURCE

I spent 5 minutes trying to figure out his email address to send him a reply saying he is a bawbag. Well, seems impossible.

Anyway, his argument seems (now) to be “oh PDF Creator does put a toolbar on your system too”. What a git.

Hey, you should read his bio:
      http://www.maximumpc.com/user/themurph

The second paragraph starts like this:

“Murphy, as he’s often called by said co-workers, used to work for a magazine called Red Herring.”

You should also read the comments. People are telling this ignorant guy to change the article’s title.

The point is, I’m not registering on that abortion of a site just to post a comment about them (him) being wrong.
